MENOMINEE, MI – How to Charcoal Grill a Ribeye Steak, there are a lot of different ways you can go about it, but this is how I like to do it. Let’s face it, whenever you can get outdoors and bust out your charcoal grill and start cooking, you know it’s going to be a good day. Here’s how I “Chef-It-Up” for an amazing meal, all done on the grill.
Ingredients – Ribeye Steak, Asparagus, Bacon, Corn on the Cob, Sour Cream
Spices – Rosemary, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper
Step 1 – Get your fire going and at the same time, take a teaspoon of salt, pepper and garlic powder and season your entire steak and let set for a bit.
Step 2 – Next, take your corn, in it’s husk and put it on your grill and let it go for about 7 minutes turning once, then place it on the cool side of your grill and let it continue to cook.
Step 3 – Take, two to three asparagus stalks and wrap them together with a piece of bacon. Place your steak on the grill first… then about 2 minutes later, drop your wrapped asparagus on the grill.
Step 4 – As everything is cooking on your grill, in a small bowl, mix a half of teaspoon of: Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, and Dried Rosemary mix and hold off to the side.
Step 5 – Once your steak is ready, pull of the grill and let rest. Watch your bacon wrapped asparagus, once it is cooked through pull off the grill. The last thing you want to take off is your corn on the cob.
Step 6 – Remove the husk from your corn. Coat with sour cream and cover with spice mixture and then it’s time to plate up and eat up!
TIME TO PLATE UP!
There you have it…Charcoal grilled, ribeye steak, with bacon wrapped asparagus and corn on the cob with sour cream and spice rub. Enjoy your meal and hit the couch afterwards to relax!
