EVERETT, WA – Picking up from last week, were we had a cliff hanger when I was out in Everett Washington looking a RVs, it’s time to continue the search with a little bit of a twist.
As I continue my search for my next, “New-2-Me-RV” I headed down to Tacoma first to see an Class C Tioga Fleetwood on a car lot, then up to “Cruise America” for a look at a Class C Thor Majestic. Both places were interesting to look at, but I didn’t pull the trigger on anything.
Then before going home I thought I’d take a chance a drive a little bit and see if there were any other options to check out and I did run into two.
The first, a Four Winds that was beautiful and Ryan’s RV Town. While I did like the rig a lot, it was a little too rich for my blood.
Then down the road a bit, I stopped by Maple Grove RV, spent some time with a really nice sales guy, Zion who took me on a tour of a couple of diesel RV’s, something I had never really thought about.
While we were looking, he showed me one that really caught my eye and that was a 2010 Winnebago Via.
Now as I mentioned before, I had never really thought about a diesel RV, they all seemed a little intimidating in the past, but as I spent more and more time looking at this rig and talking to Zion, I really had to do some thinking. Could a diesel RV be for me?
