SEATTLE, WA – 4th of July is here! That means celebrations across the country and cookouts everywhere. There are so many great things to cook up on the 4th of July beyond burgers and hot dogs, so once again I am putting together a list of some fun recipes you can do for the 4th of July and “Chef-It-Up!” like you’re on “Top Chef!”

These are all meals over the years I’ve done on the road and think would make excellent choices to help celebrate the big day! I have a simple motto when it comes to cooking,

“There is no need to eat poorly on the road!”
