Job Interview Living Full-time in My RV

The process of living full-time in an RV, while looking for a job has without a doubt been a very interesting one.

Obviously, the key for me is to make sure I have internet access to continue to submit resumes, but then what I’ve found interesting is what happens when I land a face to face interview and have to come off of the road for a hot second.

Sometimes, it’s pretty straight forward, however this time around it was a juggle. I had to come off of the road, park my rig, hop onto a plane, interview, fly back, sleep in a parking lot overnight and then head to a State Park… man that’s a lot!

Now, part of the reason for staying in a parking lot overnight once I came back from my interview was solely because in Tallahassee, they had jacked up the prices of hotel rooms because of the Florida State versus Miami game that weekend.

But the experience, overnighting at gas station wasn’t too bad and in the morning I got to treat myself to “Waffle House.”
