Sometimes you want to feed your inner cave person. And that means meat… more meat… and yes dare I say it…more meat! So for this recipe, it’s using fire, meat and yes a veggie for what I like to call, “RV Cooking Cheffing-It-Up! Meat-A-Palooza” Let’s make this happen!
Recipe:
Ingredients – Beef tenderloin, Pork, Andouille Sausage, Zucchini Squash, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce
Spices – Basil, Oregano, Garlic powder, Rosemary, Salt, Pepper, Ketchup, Taco Bell Diablo sauce, Sriracha Salt, Oregano, Old Bay
First, take your beef tenderloin and put them in a bag with: two tablespoons of Soy Sauce and a teaspoon each of basil, rosemary, oregano, garlic powder, pepper and a half a teaspoon of salt. Let marinate for a least two hours.
Next, time to get the pork marinating. Throw in a bag the pork and a half a teaspoon of Sriracha salt and a teaspoon of pepper. Next you want to add in your pork sauce which consists of two packets of your favorite Taco Bell sauce, add in a packet of your favorite fast food ketchup. To this, add in one tablespoon of brown sugar. One teaspoon of garlic powder and just under a quarter cup of water. Heat this up and then let it cool before adding it to the pork. You’ll also use this sauce at the end when the pork is just about to come off of the grill. Put off to the side and let sit for at least two hours, just like your steak.
As for the zucchini squash, you just want to cut that in half, rub it down with oil and then dust with Old Bay seasoning.
Once your grill is hot, put your meats on first: Andouille sausage whole, Beef and then your pork. Let them start to cook… about 3-5 minutes per side flipping over making sure not to burn anything. After you flip your meats once on each side, then you want to add in the zucchini. And then for the final 2-4 minutes, baste your pork with your barbecue sauce so that it cooks in at the end.
After that, all you have to do is, chop everything up, lay it out and eat it up! Enjoy your special “Meat-A-Palooza” meal!
