This trip, the big adventure started off a little rocky with my night at Buc-ee’s, Love’s and Cracker Barrel. However we’re trying to put that drama in the rearview mirror, because the be all end all is a trip to the Grand Canyon, the first ever trip in my “New-2-Me-RV” my 2019 Winnebago Travato 59gl.
I say I’m trying to do that, because yes there was a little bit… well a lot a bit of trouble, when my left rear wheel blew out. Thankfully I was on a part of the highway I could pull over safely and get Triple A to come out and fix things.
After getting the tire fixed, calming down a bit, I was able to continue my trip and it was worth it that day. Rolling up on the Grand Canyon for the very first time in my rig was absolutely spectacular. If you’ve never been… in or out of an RV, the trip is 100% worth it,
What I WILL say is make sure you hang with me, because the drama is NOT just ending with a blown tire.
