BALLARD, WA – I have a simple motto when it comes to food when you’re RVing/camping… “There is no need to eat poorly on the road.” I really do live by that expression so whenever I’m out, I like to share my meals with you. Who knows, maybe something I do, inspires you to try something different out there.
In 2024, I really pushed myself, creating some fun dishes in my “New-2-Me-RV” my 2018 Winnebago Travato 59g. While learning my new rig and what it can do, I also worked up some really tasty meals.
So we’re going to take a look back, in reverse order, at my Top 5 RV Meals in 2024:
Meatballs
Crab Cakes
Cold Noodles
Shakshuka
Chocolate/Strawberry/Coconut Microwave Cake
