I love my 2018 Winnebago Travato 59g, it is the perfect size for me and I actually like the bed. Now on the 59g model, you have a Murphy bed in the back that folds down as opposed to the 59k model which has the two split twin beds.
So far, since I picked up my rig, I’ve always slept in the Murphy bed with no problems. Sometimes it’s a little uncomfortable, but for the most part I thinks great.
Also in the Travato, you can fold down the table in the front of the RV and lay out what they call the “Puzzle” bed. Basically you lower the table, add some cushions and boom, you’ve got a bed.

So this time out, I thought I would do a quick comparison and tweak my Murphy bed set-up. In the back bed I added two new things: The first a new mattress topper by Niagara, which I liked, but still may want to add a thicker piece. Also, with the topper I added some new microfiber sheets by Cottingon, designed to keep me cool while I sleep. Both of those changes DID make a difference this time out.
The next night, I decided to break out the “Puzzle” bed. I had never actually laid it out and it wasn’t as difficult as I imagined. In fact the be itself was a little wider than the Murphy bed and it felt pretty good sleeping on it. Now I used my covers to sleep on as opposed to sheets and if I were going to sleep on the puzzle bed more often, I’d probably get a piece of foam or something to go over the cushions because a couple of times I found myself sliding through the cracks a bit.

All in all, both beds turned out to be really good options. If you were a family of four and had two young kids, they could sleep on either bed and the parents on the other bed and everyone could get a good night sleep!
