WABENO, WI – “Cheffing-It-Up” on the road in my RV, is just a part of what I love to do. Sharing fun, unique recipe’s is something I’m always working on and this time, I think I have something for you that’s not difficult yet very tasty!

THE RECIPE:

Ingredients – Gnocchi, Mild Italian Sausage, Pork Chorizo, Baby Bella Mushrooms, Onions, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Heavy Whipping Cream, Olive Oil, Butter, French Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, two eggs.

Spices – Rosemary, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper

Step 1 – Start boiling your water with salt. When it comes up to boil, drop your Gnocchi and cook until they float

Step 2 – Next, take a tablespoon of olive oil and place it in the pan. Add in a tablespoon of butter and melt.  Once the butter has melted, take one of your sausage patties and a half a tube of your pork chorizo and brown them in the pan.

Step 3 – After your meat has browned, add in a quarter cup of chopped onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Add in a teaspoon of garlic powder, rosemary, pepper and a half a teaspoon of salt. Stir and cook down.

| HOW ABOUT ANOTHER GREAT BREAKFAST IDEA???

Step 4 – As soon as your gnocchi start to float, drain and add into your sausage and chorizo mix.  Then add in a quarter cup of heavy whipping cream. A tablespoon of sour cream. Two slices of cheddar cheese and two tablespoon of parmesan cheese and cook until cheese has melted about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5 – Remove hash from the pan and in the same pan, cook two eggs however you like, in this case we’re doing them sunny side up.

Step 6 – Remove the eggs and place on top of the hash, add a little butter into the pan, if needed and toast your French bread before plating up!

TIME TO PLATE UP!

There you have it…gnocchi hash, with sausage and chorizo… a meal fit for a king and queen!
