Without a doubt, Thanksgiving 2020 is an odd one for sure! And that being said, with everything going on, I thought I’d do a little something something, that might make you smile a bit.

This week was supposed to be the week I talked about winterizing the RV and I STILL will do that, but I’m pushing it off just a bit, so we can talk food… you know I love to “Chef-It-Up!” and all of these ideas you can do in your RV or in your backyard for that matter.

First, remember it’s Thanksgiving so diets and calories all go out the door! You can start your new diet right after Thursday on Friday.

Second… we’re looking at the whole day. From breakfast through dessert. These are some fun meals I hope you’ll enjoy. And I’m making it simple, just click on the link and it will take you to the full recipe and show you how to make it!

So let’s get started!

BREAKFAST

“JEDEYE SKILLET”

Starting the day with some oh so fun to eat and a meal YOU all helped me come up with a name for.

LUNCH

“RUSTIC BREAD BOARD & FRUIT”

After breakfast it’s time to play some family football or board games or start cooking. Any way you look at it, you want to work up a sweat for lunch.

APPETIZERS

Lunch complete, football on the TV, some starting dinner already, a couple of hours later, we’re going to need some appetizers for dinner, so let’s fire the grill.

MAIN COURSES

It’s now time for the big meal. Folks gathered around their computers and doing a social distancing version of the big day. And I understand not everyone likes turkey, so I have five options people can cook at home or in their RV’s for the main meals:
