I had spent so much time trying to make the decision about what to do with the house.
Then getting it ready to be sold and all of the little projects to complete it.
That I wasn’t quite sure I fully thought about what would happen next. I figured it might be up for a couple of weeks, maybe a month at the most, but imagine my surprise when I learned, we had an offer in just 4-Days up on the market.
My agents from “The Brokerage,” Scott and Patty did a phenomenal job getting the home stage up posted. Their hard work not only got me an offer, but an offer pretty darn close to my asking.
In this episode, I’ll go into how it all happened. And talk a little bit about the stress of it happening.
