Wrapping up a great 2017, with one final trip. Nothing like exploring a new campground, to make things exciting and as you’ll see, there were a couple of other things that made “Cotton Hill Campground,” stand out.

This truly is a beautiful campground and has tons of space. In addition to beautiful water views, this Army Corps of Engineer spot is worth checking out. Now I won’t lie, there were some challenges, because it’s a hunting area and I went during one of the seasons and the gunfire was a little too much. NOTHING against hunting at all, but when you try to get away and you want to sleep in and relax, it’s hard with all of the shooting going on.

It takes a lot to produce all the content for the vlog/blog/social media etc. I do it because I really want to give back to the community and share what I’m doing and love. When I first got into RVing, I looked online to a lot of folks to learn and I just wanted to pay it back some. So in this episode, you’ll get to see a little bit of the behind the scenes of what I do when I’m on the road working on [RVJedeye]
– Holiday Meals on the Road…
I love cooking and love cooking in my RV. Whether you’re home or on the road, you can have to same kind of great Holiday meals. For me, this time I took a twist on some traditional holiday staples and “Chef’ed” it up on the road. All of these are recipes you can do in your rig for the most part. I also share a little failure I had trying to cook in my convection oven for the first time.

Thanks for sharing the camp grounds in your area. I’m in the Pacific NW and plan to someday camp all around in my travel trailer…when I get it. I got my truck this month….now looking for my future Rpod!

I’ve enjoyed your videos. I especially loved Kolomoki and the final Cotton Hill campground. I grew up going to those places on the weekends. All of my cousins and I would play at Cotton Hill and Sandy Creek. I learned to swim and waterski there. My grandparents had a camper and were inspirational in my great enjoyment of the lifestyle.
