The “DIY/RV Renovations” are full steam ahead! Right now we’re in the thick of painting cabinets. Now other than the flooring, this is probably the biggest project of the renovation plans and the project that could have the largest impact.
Now last time it was all about getting the cabinets and the rig ready for primer and paint. That process took a lot longer than anticipated, but it was definitely necessary. You’ve got to make sure your canvas so to speak is prepped well before you start painting your Mona Lisa.
For this project, after going online and reading as much as I could and looking at a ton of YouTube videos, I followed all of that up and went into Lowe’s and had yet one more conversation about primer and paint. In my case I went with: “Zinsser” Primer and “Olympic One” Paint. Both were highly recommended.
Armed with materials, as you can see… the process begins! Now this is taking a lot longer than anticipated, but that’s OK. I want to do a really good job. And in the end, my biggest critic will ALWAYS be me. So I want to make sure I’m doing it to the best of my abilities.
Again, here I’ll post my expenses with the “DIY/RV Renovation.” I’ll break it down, in detail by episode and then the overall cost for everything.
I’ll also share links to various products, some of which you can find through my Amazon Affiliate link.
